I was touched by God’s grace and became His child when I was 13, although I remember always being interested in the things of God. Having received Bachelor and Master Degrees in Church Music and pursuing postgraduate studies in Voice Performance, I had enjoyed a diverse musical career as Music Minister, Opera Singer, Conductor, Voice Instructor, Music Educator and Choral Clinician. My greatest vocational passion is planning and executing weekly worship services for the church family. It is in this role that I fulfill the pastoral calling upon my life.
Born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida, South Carolina has been my home for over 20 years having served at SAPC since 2003. I continue to pursue a lifelong study of personal and corporate worship and am pleased to share with others the wonderful truths found in God’s Word. I work alongside my wife Sharon, SAPC’s organist. We consider serving the Lord together in music ministry to be the realization of a lifelong dream and a joyful privilege. We have two sons, Truman and Matthew. In addition to our music, we share a love of the outdoors, good food, and family time.
