Finding Joy in the Mourning®
The journey through grief after the loss of a loved one often poses challenges along the way. While every loss is different and every individual grieves in his or her own way, all grief includes common feelings of sadness and loss. For anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one, the 8-week Grief Recovery program uses the group setting to provide valuable tools to help navigate the sometimes long and lonely journey through grief. Sharing your unique grief experience with other people who are also grieving provides an opportunity to both receive and give support and advice. We welcome you to join us.     Due to Covid-19, Grief Recovery will not be held Fall 2020, but hopes to resume January 2021. In lieu of in-person meetings, a monthly grief support group will be offered via Zoom on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm, beginning September 2, 2020.
