Welcome!
We're excited about a new year in women’s ministry at SAPC. Each year we have a theme verse to guide and direct our hearts and our service within women’s ministry. Our verse for this year is Proverbs 31:30, “Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.” This verse is very familiar to many of us, but do we really understand what it means to fear the Lord? Each of us will have a great opportunity to explore and study that concept through this year’s Circle study book, A Fearing Heart - God’s Covenant Blessing to His Child by Teri DeBellis.
My prayer is that God will use these many different service and Bible study opportunities to deepen our love and knowledge of God. I pray that He will show us the danger of deceitful charm and the folly of pursuing beauty that fades. I earnestly pray that He will cultivate within each of us a heart that fears and honors Him in all that we think, say and do.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions about how you can get involved. I would love to sit and talk with you and hear any questions or suggestions that you would like to share.
By His grace and for His glory,

Women's Ministry F.A.Q.
What is WIC?
WIC stands for Women In the Church and it refers to all females in the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America).
What is PresWIC?
PresWIC refers to all of the WIC from each of the churches that comprise a presbytery region. Our church is part of the Palmetto PresWIC.
How do I become part of SAPC’s WIC?
You do not need to take any steps to become an official member. Any female attending SAPC is automatically considered part of WIC.
What is Ladies’ Night Out / Ladies’ Morning Out?
Three times during the year, we have an event to which all of the women are invited to attend. It may be a catered event or a potluck style meal. The program varies depending upon the event. It is always a wonderful time to fellowship and get to know different women in the church.
How can I find out how to get involved in a Bible study or ministry opportunity?
