Rooted in our theme “One Lord, One Hope, One Family” (Ephesians 4:4–6), this project seeks to strengthen both the unity of our church family and our ability to extend Christ’s hospitality to our community. While St. Andrews is known for its warmth and faithfulness, our facilities increasingly present barriers to clarity, accessibility, and welcome—especially for first-time guests and growing ministries.
These physical improvements serve a spiritual mission. They are not about aesthetics for their own sake, but about removing obstacles, strengthening ministry, and reflecting the joyful welcome of the gospel. As Christ gives grace to each member of His Body (Ephesians 4:7), this campaign invites every part of our church family to participate prayerfully and joyfully in building forward—together—for the glory of God.
On July 12, we had a ceremonial groundbreaking to celebrate how the Lord has provided for our Building Forward campaign. We had representatives from different ministries and demographics share in this celebration to officially kick off this new season in the life and ministry of SAPC. The final details are being arranged as we give thanks and prepare to see how God will utilize this new space.

Questions and Answers
-
The financial condition of SAPC is stable, given the current economy. To date, budget contributions have been adequate to keep payables current and cover existing staffing and ministry expenses. The staff and leaders are working hard to manage current ministry expenses and consistently look well ahead to plan activities and programs within projected budgeted receipts.
-
It is common for people to make financial commitments every day in the form of signed agreements. A campaign pledge is an agreement or covenant between the person making the pledge and the Lord, to symbolize our “faith promise” to God. The pledge amount and subsequent giving remain at the discretion of the pledger. A deliberate decision to obey God is solidified by completing a commitment card, which enables the church to know what to expect and how to plan or make informed financial decisions.

Even a small gift, given regularly, can add up to a substantial donation over time. Get creative—defer major purchases, hold a garage sale, get the children involved with extra chores around the house, reduce spending, give your tax refund,…. It’s a great way to involve your whole family in giving up something you love so that you can give to someone you love even more… Jesus Christ

• First and foremost, please pray regularly for our “Building Forward — One Lord, One Hope, One Family” campaign.
• Participate in the events and meetings. Make a commitment to learn as much as you can about the campaign and the vision it will help us realize.
• Give sacrificially. The vision God has granted us can only be achieved through faith and sacrifice. We have the privilege of being part of growing His Kingdom right where we are.

Building and Planning for the Future Takes Wisdom and Faith
Building and planning for the future takes wisdom and faith. Pastor Rattray, along with the leadership of St. Andrews, has been seeking wisdom and praying earnestly to determine God’s will in this process. We’ve set three prayerful goals for this campaign. Our first goal is $1.8 million—a significant step forward that invites each of us to participate through prayer and generous giving. Our second goal of $2.5 million stretches us further, calling us to trust God in new ways. Our third goal, $3.5 million, reflects what’s possible when we come together in faith and generosity. We worship a generous God, and it’s a joy to celebrate what He can accomplish through His people.
Please join us in praying for God’s provision and guidance as we take this step of faith together. Every gift makes an eternal impact.
